Though our founders were born out of state, Idaho has become home—and we’re proud to serve the communities we’ve grown to love. Michael brings a people-first approach to real estate in Boise and the Treasure Valley. With a background in private equity business development and agricultural investment, he’s known for his attention to detail, clear communication, and commitment to doing things the right way. Outside of work, Michael is all about the outdoors—whether he’s snowboarding, hunting, fishing, golfing, or spending time with his family. He also serves as a board member and secretary of the Idaho Wild Sheep Foundation, reflecting his passion for conservation and the wild beauty of Idaho.

Jake is a hands-on property manager who’s passionate about building lasting relationships and delivering top-notch service. With years of experience in commercial real estate, contract negotiation, and operations, he treats every property like it’s his own. When he’s not working with clients, you’ll find Jake out hunting, cheering on Georgia football, or spending time with his wife and son.
